In This Document, we will look into different Designer Components.
1. Project Area:
Project Area shows you the Projects that are available. Project consists a Set of Jobs.
2. Workspace:
This is the area where you can define or Modify Objects.
3. Local Object Library:
It will display all Local repository Objects including Projects, Dataflows, WorkFlows, DataStores, Transforms, Formats etc.
4. Tool Palette:
Tool Palette includes buttons of different objects and allows you to create new objects in workspace.

Object Hierarchy:
Project:
Project is a high level object in Designer window.
Job:
Job is a smallest unit of work that you can schedule independently.
WorkFlow:
WorkFlows are optional. You can have multiple DataFlows in a single workflow.
WorkFlows can be emebedded within another workflows.
DataFlow:
DataFlow is a process in which source data is tranformed into Target.
Datastore:
Datastore connects the DataServices to Source and Target Databases.
Local Object Library:
Local Object Library displays all the available objects that belongs to different groups such as:
Projects
Jobs
Work Flows
Data Flows
Transforms
Datastores
Formats
Custom Functions
